People of the World- Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening.

I hope and pray your wine journey this month has been one of discovery and mayhem. The discovery of…new grapes and new lands and new producers and maybe even new styles and expressions of these new terroirs. The mayhem…of your belly and your brain not computing the strange currents of electricity coursing through you, emanating from these new grapes and new lands +++. Oftentimes, we need a jolt of something new to remind us why we love food and drink so much, a re-torquing of the palate to remind us of our incredible abilities to ascertain the beauties of a simple grape being transformed into a complex beverage. 

And the INTERESTING WHITE WINES (truly, this a category of grape juice in the Benchmark Wine Group, and I LOVE IT!) are just the thing to cause you to dream big wine dreams once again. Not only are they different from their red peers in color, but the types of acidity and the way they play with your 10,000 taste buds is a refreshing and vibrant voyage.
