This week from Garth Hodgdon:

It is hot. Where you are, where I am, everywhere it’s hot. So what better to do this weekend than grab some of the best, easy-drinking, delicious white and sparkling wines from your fridge and fill your glass. Once you deplete your stock, you’ll need more. Here are some of my suggestions to reload for the rest of the summer. I also was thinking about your wallet; this list is meant to fill your fridge without draining your wallet. Go on, buy a few extra, and invite the neighbors over!

I wanted to introduce everyone to some of my favorite off-the-beaten-path whites this week. They are presented here in no particular order. As a matter of fact, you should pick one you haven’t tried and just get a few. These are tested and approved, guaranteed to satisfy even the most discerning of palates. Pick and choose this list is curated to make your decisions easy. They are all great so buy with confidence. 

And of course, there is Champagne because what is life without Champagne?
