- The 2012 GSM is beautiful. Made from 48% Grenache, 44% Syrah and the balance Mourvedre, it has terrific notes of kirsch and blackberry fruits, herbes de Provence, spice and hints of minerality in its layered, ripe, sexy and full-bodied profile. I like it now but it should evolve nicely through 2022.
