Champagne- from linear lasers to prestige powerhouses, this region offers it all.

I was asked just yesterday what my favorite Champagne was, and I couldn’t reply with just one as it would have been a grave injustice. It would be like me asking you, “what is your favorite song?” if you are a music lover or “what is your favorite poem?” if you were a romantic; there are just too many to adore!

Never fear though, as Champagne is poetic, romantic, musical, adorable…. And always appropriate! This small region just 90km Northeast of Paris makes the most elegant of bubbly and is top in class for food: from lobster bisque to roasted quail or the local super cheese Brie- you can’t go wrong with a glass of Champagne.

Beyond the wines, the region is rich in both history and humanity, and now, more than ever, I believe you deserve this effervescent elixir.
