Sidelight Rosé 2019

The wine opens with fresh aromas of nectarine, white peach, citrus peel, and subtle floral notes. Flavors of vibrant red berry, citrus zest and strawberry lead with balanced acidity and freshness finishing off the palate. Though expressive and flavorful, this more restrained and delicate style of rosé reflects the cooler climate of our central coast vineyard.

"The fruit for our Sidelight 2019 Rosé is produced from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre vines located on cooler vineyards within California's central coast region. The site consistently produces a lean, crisp expression of rosé that is more closely associated in style to that of its European counterparts, especially those of Southern France. With little skin contact, the wine is medium-bodied yet lively and refreshing." -Winemaker Note

Une Femme Rosé "The Callie" NV

42% Pinot Noir, 39% Mourvedre, 19% Chardonnay. Each of the Une Femme wines is made in partnership with women in the wine world who we love. "The Callie" is our California sparkler, made by Samantha Sheehan of POE Wines in Napa. This crushable Sparkling Rosé is made with Napa and Sonoma-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Mourvedre grapes.

We find juicy notes of ripe strawberry and rose petal on the nose and nicely structured red fruits (think warm blackberries freshly plucked from the vine) in the glass.
