When Benchmark sources wines in Europe, we offer our customers the opportunity to secure them before reaching our Napa warehouse. Most Pre-Arrival wines sellout before reaching Napa, so purchasing Pre-Arrival is often the best way to secure your favorites. Learn more about our Let It Lay Program here.
Our acquisitions team works very closely with our European sources and logistics partners to make sure your wine is delivered as promised, however the occasional bottle will not arrive or be in less than excellent condition. In these rare situations, Benchmark now offers:
Pre-Arrival Delivery Guarantee
If your Pre-Arrival wine is not delivered as promised, Benchmark will credit your account 3% of the purchase price for a future purchase. Customers will still have the option of waiting for the next shipment to take delivery of their wines when possible, or cancel their order and receive a no-hassle refund. Either way, inconvenienced customers will be given a 3% credit in appreciation of their business.
Terms and Conditions
Exact date of delivery for European pre-arrivals cannot be guaranteed. Shipments may arrive up to three months later than estimate due events out of our control. 3% credit only applies to the retail price of undelivered wines. 3% credit is paid one-time-only on a specific wine. Late arriving wines will be on the next possible shipment once our source makes them available to us. Credits cannot be applied to previous orders.
